I noticed a Wooden Bike project over on instructables and a particular theme came to mind: ev’rything old is new again.

Surely these guys have just reinvented the velocipede?

And talk about home-made. Don’t you just love the knocked-together look of it? Man that’s ugly – but it looks like a whole heap of fun. And I reckon I prefer it to the IKEA-style bike…

Anyway all of this interest in wooden bikes continues to give hope to terminally technically impaired folk like me.
