And there's also the photo essay of eek's route (found on bikeforums.net) that I mentioned previously in Sydney vs Melbourne: Commuting a few weeks ago. (Note: Lots of photos in both of these.)
Without a doubt commuting by bike in Melbourne can be just gorgeous.

come on then... when are we going to see the "Treadly and Me'' photo journal?
Well, my Kodak Z7590 is a bit bulky for holding in my hand while I ride. But if someone wants to loan me a compact digital camera I'll do it.
Come to that, if anyone can recommend a good (and preferably cheap) compact camera for use on the bike I'd be happy to hear about it too.
And I'll also link to "woowoowoo's commute" when that goes up on woowoowoo…
