‘Treadly and Me’ quietly oozed into existence on 1 January 2006. And as each year draws to a close it’s become customary at this time for me to do a bit of an annual summing up. I’m starting to wonder if it’s worth it but here we go anyway…

A shopping centre newly built nearby has some pretty impressive bike parking–if they’d just allow cyclists to use it!

Hitting the November target

My mission for November was to ride every single day of the month. I did it–and reached a few other milestones along the way.

Multi-mode=maximum cycling time

Give up the entire day’s riding just because I need to run an errand in the morning? Noooooo! The solution: drop a folding bike into the the boot of the car. Let’s hear it for multi-mode transit!
