		<description>&lt;p&gt;The advise of not wearing retroreflectives reminds me of the advice by Jeremy Clarkson (from Top Gear). He said something along the lines of to improve safety we should replace driver airbags so that in the case of a collision a large metal spike would pop out and not an air cushion. It is the same concept, to keep drivers alert and force them to pay attention.&lt;/p&gt;
