Melbourne band the Steinbecks are hosting a Bike Only Gig on 31st of March 2007.
Here’s an great event for all music loving cyclists this Saturday, 31st of March, at the Brunswick Velodrome, Melbourne <br/>
(Merri Creek Bike Path, past CERES heading North towards Brunswick)
Cost : free
According to the Steinbecks website
On the 31st of March at 4pm The Steinbecks are set to host a fully-fledged open-air show with pumping PA and full drum-kit and the whole thing – the PA, the amps the guitars, the drums and of course the audience – all transported by the wonderful bicycle. It’s BYO picnic and drinks. There will be a free bike repair stall, staffed by the good folk from Bike Fix, and other fun bike related stuff.
It looks like the Steinbeck boys are going all out for this unique gig. Band member, Josh even dropped in yesterday to borrow our bike trailer to assist with carting the band’s gear for this event!
Should be a hoot!!
